Sunday 14th March is the 4th Sunday of Lent and Mothering Sunday.
“As a mother comforts a child so will I comfort you,” says the Lord. These are words that we can find in the book of the prophet Isaiah and on Mothering Sunday, as we give thanks for mothers, we think about mothering and the responsibility that we all have to mother or nurture others and also how God wants to comfort us as a mother comforts her child.
